Terms of Service – Commissions

1. General
These terms apply to all of my art commissions.By placing an order, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to them.I may decline a request if I feel it’s not a good fit.2. Payment
I currently accept PayPal / Wise.You can either pay in full upfront, or 50% at the start and 50% when the piece is finished.Prices are in USD and may change a little depending on the complexity of the artwork.3. Process
To get started, please send me an email with a detailed description of your idea and, if possible, some reference images so I have a clear direction to work from.
⚠️ Please note: I do not copy other artists’ work or fully replicate another art style. Your commission will be created in my own style.You’ll get updates as I work (sketch → base colors → final touches).Up to 3 revisions are included during the sketch phase. After that, only simple adjustments (like colors or lighting) are covered. Bigger changes after the sketch stage may cost a little extra (10% per change).Average delivery time is 7–14 days, but it might be faster or take a bit longer depending on my schedule.4. Rights & Usage
All commissions are for personal use only (icons, wallpapers, social media posts, etc.).For commercial use, there’s an additional fee of 100%.Please don’t resell or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without permission.I retain the copyright to my work and may share it on social media, streams, or in my portfolio—unless you’d prefer it kept private.5. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before I start, you’ll get a 60% refund (to cover fees and prep work).If I’ve already started the piece, refunds aren’t available.If for any reason I’m unable to finish your commission, I’ll refund 60%.6. Delivery
You’ll receive the final artwork in PNG/JPG/PDF/PSD, high-resolution 300dpi.7. Communication
